  That is a great question. Because safety is our top priority, we make sure we are fully covered to provide total peace of mind for our clients. We are fully registered with WORKSAFE (Account #201073205) and carry $2 million in liability coverage through Intact Insurance. We believe in doing things the right way, so you never have to worry. 

 Please feel free to go about your day while we work; there is no need for you to be home during the service. While we always love the chance to say hello in person, our main requirement is simply having access to exterior running water and electricity. We’ll take care of the rest! 

 For your convenience, we offer a wide range of flexible payment options. You’re welcome to pay via e-transfer, credit card, or online through your invoice. We also gratefully accept checks and cash—whichever works best for you! 

 That is a great question, and we actually strongly advise against it. According to the Canadian Asphalt Shingle Manufacturers Association, pressure washing can be quite hard on asphalt shingles. Even at low pressure, it risks stripping away the protective granules and may even void your roof's warranty. Because we know how delicate roofing materials can be, we focus on the gentlest cleaning methods available to ensure your roof is cleaned safely and effectively. 

 Regular maintenance is key to protecting your home’s foundation. You may want to consider a cleaning if you notice any of the following:

• Water is spilling over the sides rather than flowing to the downspouts.
• Subtle staining or dampness on your siding.
• Debris, leaves, or twigs are visible from the ground.
• Gutters that appear to be sagging or unaligned.
• Unexpected 'garden growth' or pests making a home in your gutters.

 Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses low-pressure water combined with specialized cleaning solutions to safely remove dirt, algae, mold, mildew, and other contaminants from exterior surfaces. Unlike pressure washing, which relies on high-pressure water to blast away grime, soft washing relies on chemical cleaning agents to do the heavy lifting, making it gentler and safer for delicate surfaces. 

 For a smooth and seamless cleaning experience, we kindly ask for your help with the following pre-arrival steps:

• Please ensure all windows and doors are securely shut.
• To ensure a safe work environment, we recommend keeping children and pets inside during the process.
• We suggest clearing the perimeter of any patio furniture, potted plants, or fragile decor.
